Reporting Problems
You can report problems you discover with Computer Science owned and maintaned equipment or software in one of the following ways.
- You can report problems by completing the on-line problem report form. The form will prompt you for several pieces of information. Please answer all the required questions and try to be very specific in describing the problem.
- Email the systems administration staff at windows@cs.siu.edu (PC/Windows/Oracle), unix@cs.siu.edu (Sun/Unix/E-Mail/Personal Web Page) or admin@cs.siu.edu (Other).
NOTE: Problems which are reported verbally must also be reported via a Problem Report Form before they can be resolved.
