Faner 2102 PC Laboratory
Location: Faner Building Room 2102.
Equipments: 20 Dell Workstations with 24" LCD Screen, HP Laser Printer and HP Document Scanner.
Functionality: General computer Lab for all CS students and instructional Lab for all courses.
Hours: Monday through Thursday 8AM~8PM and Friday 8AM~4:30PM, 24 hours for graduate students.
Lindegren 18 PC Laboratory
Location: Lindegren Building Room 18.
Equipments: 28 Dell Workstations with 19" LCD Screen, HP Laser Printer, Digital Projector, SmartBoard System, Multimedia Camera.
Functionality: Instructional Lab for all courses.
Hours: Weekly Schedule.
Hands-on PC Laboratory
Location: Faner Building Room 2131.
Equipments: 12 Dell Workstations with 17" LCD Screen.
Functionality: Instructional Lab for all courses.
Hours: By each course schedule. To access the Lab at other times, please contact CS Main Office.
Mobile Agent Laboratory
Location: Faner Building Room 3123.
Equipments: 1 Dell Server, 6 Dell Workstations, 10 LCD Screens, and Lexmark Laser Printer.
Functionality: Research Lab for students working with Dr. Shahram Rahimi.
Hours: 24 hours for permitted students.
Biomedical Informatics Laboratory
Location: Faner Building Room 2143.
Equipments: 6 Dell Workstations, 8 LCD Screens, Microscribe MLX System, Logio Ultrasound System, HP Networked Laser Printer and D-Link Router.
Functionality: Research Lab for students working with Dr. Qiang Cheng.
Hours: 24 hours for permitted students.
Athena Cluster
Location: Faner Building Room 2131.
Equipments: 9 Dell Workstations with 4 24" LCD Screens.
Functionality: Research facility for students working with Dr. Mengxia Zhu.
Hours: 24 hours for permitted students via SSH remote access.
Wireless Mobile Sensors
Location: Faner Building Room 2138.
Equipments: 60 Wireless sensor nodes.
Functionality: Instructional tool for CS 441 class and research facility for students working with Dr. Kemal Akkaya.
Hours: Permitted students can arrange access time with Dr. Kemal Akkaya.
Autonomous Mobile Robotics
Location: Faner Building Room 2121.
Equipments: 5 Mobile Robot Pioneer P3 DX Kits and 1 Mobile Robot Pioneer PTZ-NTSC Camera.
Functionality: Instructional tool for CS 404 class and research facility for students working with Dr. Henry Hexmoor.
Hours: Permitted students can arrange access time with Dr. Henry Hexmoor.
Artificial Intelligent Computation Cluster
Location: Faner Building Room 2121.
Equipments: 3 ASL Lancelot 8-nodes Rack-Mount Server and 1 APC UPS System with Extended Batteries.
Functionality: Research facility for students working with Dr. Norman Carver.
Hours: 24 hours for permitted students via SSH remote access.
