A $500 SCHOLARSHIP FOR 2007-2008
APPLICATION PACKAGE MUST INCLUDE:
- Cover sheet with name, address, class standing (junior or senior) and telephone and email contact information;
- 500-word essay focusing on the applicant's future plans, experiences, and accomplishments and how the scholarship would enhance those plans; and
- Two letters of recommendation from faculty members.
Please turn in two (2) sets of the completed application, an original and a copy
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Undergraduate female student with at least sophomore standing;
- 2.75 GPA; and
- Full- or part-time students who will be enrolled at SIUC in the Fall of 2007 (this includes transfer students).
DEADLINE: 2/26/07
The award will be deposited into the winner's Bursar account.
Proof of enrollment will be required before funds are released.
